At Prev, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
